Ruth was working for a company in Waupaca as a bookkeeper. I was hired to replace her and realized just how special she was. A few years later we moved to Farmington and once again we renewed our friendship. She was the Town Clerk at the time and remained so until she remarried. She always asked me to work at the elections and with the 'old crew' we had a great time. She was liked as the town clerk and has been missed for years. May she RIP.
