Rosalie Ann (Paulson) Nottleson

Rosalie A. Nottleson,

            Age 77, of Waupaca, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2015 with family at her side.  She was born in Iola, WI on January 22, 1938, the daughter of Russell and Velva (Johnson) Paulson.  On February 2, 1957 she was united in marriage to David Nottleson.  They were members of Scandinavia Lutheran Church.      

            Rosalie enjoyed sewing, cooking, camping, hiking, kayaking the Boundary Waters and playing the organ.  Above all, being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother was most important.

            She will be dearly missed by her son, Steve (Dorothy) Nottleson of Green Bay and her daughter, Lana Giacalone of Waupaca.  Also surviving are grandson Joe (Jackie) Giacalone and their son, Keegan; granddaughter, Jessica (Tate) Cameron; and special family friend, Willy Giacalone.

            Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Mark David Nottleson.

            A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home, with Rev. Mark Sabin officiating.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.  Burial of cremains will be at Scandinavia Lutheran Cemetery.
