I was so saddened to learn of Kate's illness and death. We both worked for the ADRC in Waupaca Co. Kate seemed shy and quiet, but every morning she greeted me with a big smile and "Good Morning". In the evening, as I was leaving I was always treated to another smile and a wave good-bye. In a world that could often be very stressful and filled with sadness, Kate's morning and evening greetings were such a breath of fresh air and a special part of my day. My thoughts and prayers to those she leaves behind, but I suspect that if you look toward the sky, she will be there to greet you each morning and night.

I am so sorry for your loss. She sounded like a truely remarkable person. I remember Kurt talking about "Kasia",and all the fun/fond memories he had. Now they are together once again!

I was privileged to have Kathleen as a student at Maria High School and am very saddened to learn of her death. My deepest sympathy and prayers to all of her family and her friends.
