Although I do not remember John from school, I am extending my condolences because he was a classmate of mine & also because he was important to & dearly loved by his family, which is extremely important. I don't know what the family's religious beliefs may be, but I firmly believe in the love of a higher power & I pray that John's family will be surrounded by that love as well as by the love of family & friends. Thank you, John, for your service to our country. May you Rest In Peace. I know that I'm a stranger, but if any of John's family needs someone to talk to, I will be glad to listen; I understand the grief of losing a parent.
