Lyle Arlyn Stiebs

Of Waupaca, age 87, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015.  Lyle was born in the Town of Waupaca on September 10, 1927, the son of the late John and Bertha (Hoffman) Stiebs.

Lyle is survived by his children: Denise Gall; Dennis Stiebs, grandsons: Aaron (Kristi) Gall and Nathan Gall; two great grandchildren; stepdaughters: Ann (Linn) Duesterbeck, Beth (Brian) Hamilton and Nancy Mayek; one sister: Leona Johnson. Lyle was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Diane Stiebs, first wife, Phyllis Wanty Stiebs, second wife, Bernadette Mayek Stiebs, three brothers, Art, Clarence and Harold Stiebs, four sisters, Adeline Hervatin, Gertrude Joch, Irene Winske and Geraldine Kunach.

The Memorial Service will be on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home.  The visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society, ALS or Heartland Hospice.

We give special thanks to Dr. Earl Anderson, Dr. Anthony Phillips, Dr. Michael Maguire and the entire staff at Park Vista for all the special care given to our dad.
