Victor P. Helbach

Of Waupaca, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.  He was born in Wild Rose on March 24, 1946 to the late Harold and Fern (Jensen) Helbach.  Victor was a veteran, serving in the Air Force. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus for many years.  Victor was a well-known member of the community involved in softball, bowling leagues and trap shooting.  He was also an avid blood donor with the American Red Cross.

He is survived by his children: Carolee Rilling, Wendy (Dan) Herda; James Helbach and Daniel Helbach, grandchildren: Eric, Benjamin, Jacob, Amber, Olivia, Jerame, Lucas and Cecilia; great granddaughter: Elizabeth; brothers: Richard Helbach and Bruce (Nancy) Helbach; other relatives and friends. 

Friends and family may gather on Monday, May 17, 2021 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may directed to the Arbor Day Foundation or the American Red Cross.
