Roy H. Amador

Roy H. Amador, age 70, of Manawa, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024.  He was born in New London on May 22, 1954, a son to Ben and Karla (Jensen) Amador.

Roy was a dedicated employee, working at the Waupaca Foundry for 45 years.  He was an avid golfer and enjoyed trips out west just for the golf.  He enjoyed trips to the casino, time with friends and thoroughly enjoyed time with his family.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Barb Jenson-Amador of Manawa; son, Max Amador (Shanna Krueger) of Neenah; daughter, Kayla (John) Damico of New London; grandchildren: Kerrington and Claudia Amador; Tony, Dominic, Joey and Luca Damico.  Roy is also survived by sisters, Terrie (Carl) Hansen, Tina (Dan) Schied and Tammy (Russ) Ferg, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Terri Amador; and brother and sister-in-law, Ron (Becky) Amador.

Family and friends may gather from 2 - 5 p.m. Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Cedar Springs Golf Course in Manawa.  A service of remembrance will follow at 5 p.m.
