Robert "Bob" E. Johnson

Robert "Bob" E. Johnson, age 77, of Weyauwega, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023.  He was born in Savannah, Georgia on October 16, 1945 to Henry and Lily Johnson.  He was honorably discharged from the military, serving with both the Air Force and the Navy.  Upon his discharge, he moved to Wisconsin, where he fell in love with the changing seasons and decided to stay.  Bob was an avid competitive shooter and also enjoyed fishing and hunting.  In 2012, he was united in marriage to Beverly Bogusz and they purchased a property on White Lake in Waupaca County.  He made the most of living on the lake, fishing and watching the wildlife.

Bob is survived by his wife, Beverly of Weyauwega; son, Wade Johnson of Houston, TX; grandsons, Kaleb, Erik and Elias; and great grandsons, Wyatt and Eli.

He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings and wife, Jane.

Per Bob's wishes, no services will be held.  He will be laid to rest in Union Cemetery in Tigerton.
