Norma H. (Indestad) Hansen

Norma H. Hansen, age 100, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King.  She was born in Waupaca on October 22, 1924 to Henry and Marie (Nohr) Indestad.  She was united in marriage to Kenneth Hansen, and they shared over 60 years of marriage before his passing on November 5, 2016.

Norma was raised in the Waupaca area and graduated from Waupaca High School. She worked many years as a secretary in a doctor’s office.  She had a genuine care and concern for others - a true “angel on earth”.

As per her wishes, cremation will take place and a private family ceremony will be held.  She will be laid to rest along with Kenneth at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Wisconsin Veterans Home for the loving care given to Norma. You are all truly appreciated!
