Nancy A. Lind

Of Waupaca, formerly of Chicago, age 84, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020.  She was born in Chicago on July 19, 1935 to the late Ednar and Thelma (Bordwick) Lind.  Nancy was a Special Education Teacher in Chicago for many years.  She had a special love of dogs and when she retired she founded and was CEO of Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy.  Nancy lived for 80 years in one home in Chicago, she sold her home and moved to Waupaca to be close to family.  She lived at Bethany Home and was an active member there playing cards, puzzles and art work.  She also enjoyed watching sports. 

She will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law: Dolores Lind; nieces and nephews: Daniel (Sue) Lind, Dale (Sarah) Lind, David Lind, Denise Roman, great nieces and nephews: Jordan (Becca) Lind, Taylor (Jesy) Lind, Jackie Mullins, McKenna Roman, great great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Dwain Lind.

According to Nancy’s wishes no services will be held.
