Michael A. Gutho

Of Waupaca, age 76, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025.  He was born in Iola to the late Ellrey and Phyllis (Goli) Gutho.  On May 13, 1972 he married Barbara Osterling.  Mike was a member of Waupaca First Assembly of God Church. He made it a priority to spread the gospel throughout his life.  He was a veteran of the US Navy.  Mike was a salesman at Neuville Motors for 26 years.  In his retirement he was a facilitator for Fresh Hope Mental Health and enjoyed volunteering with Ruby’s Pantry.

He will be sadly missed by his wife: Barbara; daughter: Penny (Kevin) Harper; son: Michael (fiancée, Tina Moen) Gutho Jr.; grandson: Lee Michael Gutho; brother: Mark (Hannah) Gutho; nieces: Lisa (Shawn) Briquelet and Amanda (Robert) Vardell; great grand nephews, Ashton and Wesley Briquelet; other relatives and friends.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Angela Joy Gutho.

The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Waupaca First Assembly of God Church, 1420  Berlin Street.  The visitation will be on Tuesday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
