Mary Anne (Crose) MacPhetridge

Of Waupaca, age 78, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022.  She was born in Escanaba, MI on August 10, 1944 to the late Arthur and Olive (Olsen) Crose.  Mary was a homemaker who was devoted to the care of her family. She enjoyed hobbies of;  knitting, needlepoint and drawing. Baking was also a joy for her.  But most of all, she enjoyed time with her family and was very proud of her grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed by her children: Ken (Ann) MacPhetridge and Cheryl (significant other, Jeff) Mason; grandchildren: Marissa (fiancé, Cody), Casey and Samuel; siblings: Sue (Norbert) Jacques, Jeff (Nancy) Crose, Betty (Mike) Boucher, special friends, Shirley, JoAnn, Karen and Louise, other relatives and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Terrence, son, Frank and brother, Arthur “Bud” Crose.

Friends and family may gather on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King. The family is very grateful for the staff and friends at Park Vista, who showed her much love and friendship over the past couple of years, they were truly an extended family for her. Thank you to Crossroads for the past month for the compassionate care that they had given her.
