Of Waupaca, age 91, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 13, 1930 to the late Steven and Anna (Micoley) Kruto. Mary impacted many children’s lives as a preschool teacher for 37 years. She owned and operated Teddy Bear Daycare in Wild Rose for 11 of those years. She was a charter member of the Wild Rose Kiwanis Club, starting the club in the 1980’s.
She will be sadly missed by her husband: Richard; children: Robert (Janet Eddy) Hart; Sally Weintraub; Eileen Hart; Maureen Wudtke; Melissa (Don Hadley) Wudtke; son-in-law: James Kulikowski; grandchildren: Grady, Keith, Lynn, Laura, Scott, John, Anna, Matthew, Alissa, Damien, Abigail, Zachary; great grandchildren: Austin & Justin, brother: Donald Kruto, special friend: Founder; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter: Antoinette Hart, son-in-law, Philip Weintraub and sisters, Joan Paluch and Virginia Adams.
