Linda L. Kasten, of Waupaca, age 77, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022. She was born in Illinois on July 13, 1944 to the late Perry and Joanne (Davis) Smith. Linda is survived by her son, Bryan (Pamela) Belcher, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother and will be dearly missed.
