Kelly Jo Stoflet, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 31, 2022. She was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 23, 1961 to Lester and Ruth (Gingrich) Stoflet.
Kelly was a phenomenal force of power, character and love. A woman with great achievements as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and most of all, a friend to all who needed a friend. She was well loved, her heart was always open to let others when in need.
She was a true to heart rider with a strong ambition to keep moving forward with the wind in her face, love in her heart and pride in her soul. She lived a life working hard in family restaurants, family mechanic shops, and her passion was working in the healthcare field taking care of people. Rest in peace - never to be forgotten.
Always loved - forever needed. In our hearts and memories. We love you to the moon and back. She will be sadly missed by her fiancee, William Bybee of Prairie du Sac; children: Terresa Gurholt (Craig Meverden) of Berlin, Mamie Nero (Ryan Thompson) of Waupaca, and Lonny (Tanya) Nero of Weyauwega; grandchildren: RJ, Dylan, Stephen, Jaszmine, StarrAnn, Strahan, Bruce, Tyler and Jaden and great-grandchildren: Kashtain, Karter, Keelah and Keyanah. Kelly is also survived by siblings: Rick Stoflet, Butch (Carol) Stoflet, Lyle (Kim) Stoflet, Patricia Kleba and Sharon (Gary) Vossekuil.
Kelly was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gary; and sisters, Carol, Chris and Judy; and the father of her children, Lonny Nero.
The funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2022 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.
You are a legend! You have been through more than anyone I've met and still came out of the dark smiling with a heart of gold!
