John A. Nusz

Of Scandinavia, age 72, passed away at home on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.  He was born in Waupaca on July 20, 1951 to the late Gordon and Betty (Zielke) Nusz. He was happily married to Lisa Miller on September 13, 1980. John was a veteran, serving in the Marine Corp.  He was a machinist, working at various companies including Waupaca Auto Supply and retiring from the Waupaca Foundry.  John was a faithful Christian and member of the Church of Christ.  He enjoyed being in the woods, chopping wood, working in his workshop and being on his tractor in the fields. 

He will be sadly missed by his wife: Lisa; children: Tanya (Mel) Douglas, Jake (Amber) Nusz, Jennifer Nusz and Brittany (Randy) Mitchell; grandchildren: Mateo, Mason, Dawson, Owen, Lily, Ashton, McKayla, Wyatt and Lainey; brother: Jim (Marianne) Nusz; sister: Sally Klug, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
