Of the Wisconsin Veterans Home, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. He was born in Racine on January 21, 1944 to the late John and Delores (Wilson) Czakowski. John was a veteran of the US Army. Burial will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King.
