John A Anderson

Of Wild Rose, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.  He was born in Mt. Morris on January 5, 1938 to the late Arnold and Nordis (Stea) Anderson. He married Joan Moore on June 6, 1958.  John was a member of West Holden Lutheran Church.  He was a truck driver for many years. After retirement he continued to work for area farmers, driving trucks and also driving school bus.  He was in the National Guard for 8 years.  John was a good and kind man and a great father to his four girls.

He will be dearly missed by his wife of 67 years: Joan; daughters: Annette Anderson, Nancy Anderson, Gayle (Gary) Wildt and Marie Evans; grandchildren: Jason, Krissy, Justin, Jimmy, Lindsey and Alexis; great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother: Charles (Nancy) Anderson, sisters: Carol (Sid) Auck and Mary Broadwell; other relatives and friends.

The Memorial Service will be on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca.  The visitation will be on Tuesday at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
