Jason L. Towne

Jason L. Towne, age 58, of Waupaca, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, February 13, 2026. He was born in Waupaca on February 28, 1967 to Alvin and Evelyn (Johnson) Towne. For several years he worked in production at the Waupaca Foundry. He was a simple guy with many friends, always willing to help others in need. Jason kept his hands busy with projects or working on cars.

He is survived by his daughter, Erica (Gregory) Ingram of NY; daughter, Haley Boelter of Waupaca and her mom, Jeaney Boelter; brother, Brian (Sandra) Towne of Wild Rose; sister, Heather Weasner of Waupaca; many nieces and nephews and his best friend (dog), Kylie.

Jason was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and brother-in-law, Mark Weasner.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
