Harold Hansen Obituary

Of Pine River, age 97, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at Bethany Home. He was born in the town of Saxeville on April 3, 1923 to the late Hans and Matilda (Nielsen) Hansen. On May 6, 1950 he married Harriet Stone; she preceded him in death on March 29, 2020. Harold was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite. He was a talented woodworker and enjoyed his many projects.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter: Sandra (Wes Manko) Hansen of Whitefish Bay, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by his son, Tim in 1981 and his brother, Harland.

The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Saxeville. Memorials are appreciated to Trinity Lutheran Church or Bethany Home. Please wear a mask to attend the memorial service.
