Glory Ann Francis (Slater) Bussian

Glory Ann Francis Bussian, age 79, of Appleton, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021.  She was born in Racine on July 24, 1942 to Kenneth and Pearl (Beth) Slater.  On December 17, 1960 she was united in marriage to Gerald Bussian and he preceded her in death on September 22, 2016.

Glory enjoyed a variety of crafts, doing artwork and sewing.  She also loved the outdoors and spent time gardening and camping.

She will be dearly missed by her children: Melody (Steven) Larsen, Mark Bussian and Matthew Bussian; and grandchildren: Kevin Larsen, Johann, Toni, James, Cody, Melissa and August Bussian.

Glory was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald; and many siblings.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2021 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca, with Chaplain John Roe officiating.  Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service.  She will be laid to rest with her husband at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King.
