Ervin A. Rutta

Of Stevens Point, age 74, lost his battle with Parkinson’s Disease on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King.  He was born in Stevens Point on June 20, 1947 to the late John and Agnes (Betro) Rutta.  On June 12, 1971 he married Donna Laskowski.  Erv was a member of American Legion Post 6 and the Knights of Columbus. 

He will be sadly missed by his wife: Donna; daughter: Shawn Poole; sons: Michael (Renee), Andrew (Mandy) and Steven (April); 19 grandchildren; brother: Raymond (Leona); and sister: Lorretta (James) Sankey; sisters-in-law: Sally M. Rutta and Sally A. Rutta; other relatives and friends.

Per Erv’s wishes no services will be held, burial will be in Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
