Elizabeth "Liz" M. (Mach) Drexler

Of Waupaca, age 91, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.  She was born in Antigo, WI  on October 14, 1932 to the late William and Cecilia (Jankowski) Mach. On November 19, 1949 she married Raymond Drexler, he preceded her in death on December 1, 1995. Liz was a long-time member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.  She was a wonderful seamstress, making clothes and quilts.  She was very talented with crafts, knitting and crocheting.  Liz loved to make and fix things for people. 

She is survived by her son: Dennis (Mary) Drexler; daughters-in-law: Barb and Susan Drexler; grandchildren: Jennifer Hansen, Michael Drexler, Amanda Drexler, Dayna Krumme, Thomas Drexler, Dani Hoffman, Jami Drexler, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, siblings: Karen Donahue, Bernadine (Bill) Kwiechen, Bernard (Sandy) Mach, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her sons, Michael and David Drexler and brothers, Benny and Phillip Mach.

The Memorial Mass will be on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 2845 Shadow Road.  The visitation will be on Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will be in Central Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery in King.
