Claudia M. (Struensee) Minton

Of Stevens Point, age 75, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 10, 2024.  She was born in Chicago on September 14, 1948 to the late Frank and Florence Struensee.  Claudia graduated from Schurz High School in Chicago in 1967.  She married Robert Minton on July 16, 1977.  Claudia worked as a hairdresser, she was the lunch lady in her children’s school, she babysat, worked in restaurants including Katie’s Restaurant in Waupaca and also worked at Chef Fresh Pizza. 

She will be missed by her husband: Robert G. Minton; children: Angela Valley and Randell Minton; grandchildren: Logan Valley; Piper, Riley, Paisley and Raven Minton; siblings: Alex Korduplewski, Arlene Natzke, Audrey Klimek, Marsha Klimek, Betty Wright, Bill Korduplewski, Dylan, Cyndi Dieter, Duane Natzke, Linda Pogorzelski and Lowell Feathers, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bob Struensee.

The Memorial Service will be on Friday, February 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home.  The visitation will be on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral.  Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated.
