Christal A. Christoph
Called to eternal life with Jesus on Sunday, August 23, 2020. She was 87.
Chris loved and she was loved. She loved God and people. Her mission was to care for and befriend the people around her – family first, then friends, neighbors and even strangers. 
Chris dedicated her life to homemaking and helping others. She never got tired of doing good. She made meals for many, welcomed family and friends, listened and visited, gave hugs and kisses, wiped tears and shared wisdom. Chris was a loving wife to her cherished husband Jack for 60 years. She was a mother devoted to her daughters, Cherie and Julie, and a doting grandmother who completely spoiled her grandsons, Aaron and Ryan.
“A wife of noble character, who can find? She is worth far more than rubies… Many women have done noble things, but she surpassed them all.” Proverbs 31:10-31
Chris will be sadly missed by her husband Jack, daughters Cherie Christoph and Julie (Jim) Johnston, grandsons Aaron (Miriam) Johnston and Ryan (Alexis) Johnston, sister Bea Bestul, nephew Greg Bestul, and scores of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, Jesus, so that whoever believes in him will not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:16
A celebration of life and inurnment are pending. Family and friends will be notified.
