Obituary

Of Waupaca, age 86, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023. He was born in Dodgeville on April 3, 1937 to the late Louis and Loretta (Wiedenfelar) Otter. He was a veteran of the Army, serving for 26 years.

He will be sadly missed by his wife: Donna; children: Marcella (Heidi) Otter, Melissa (Scott) Henderson, Melinda Otter Giese; step children: Jackie (Jim Kasper) Kuse, Mike (Kim) Witthuhn, Scott (Patti) Witthuhn, Brad (Culleen) Witthuhn, grandchildren: Alex, Max, Katarina, Karianna, Kiegan, Kadan, Jana (Ryan), Shaun, Tyler (Niki), Megan, Paul, Taylor, Colby; great grandchildren, Sophie, Carter, Lillian, Aubrey, Hailey, Tia, Jake, Charlie, Emmeline; Sophia; Kaitlyn, Cayne, Lauren (TJ), Camille and Brynley; great great grandson, Ricky; brother: Tom Otter, sisters: Mary Minter and Marcie Muedt; other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Peter, sister-in-law, Roseanne Otter; brothers-in-law, Ben Minter and Fred Muedt.

The Memorial Mass will be on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. The visitation will be on Friday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Burial will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
