Terri L. (Colson) Lauer

Of Waupaca, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 2, 2018.  She was born in West Allis, WI on September 30, 1964 to Kenneth and Joyce (Heinzelmann) Colson.  On September 21, 1984 she married Dave Lauer. Terri was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church and taught religion classes there for many years.  Terri was an avid Packer Fan.  She was hardworking and worked at King's Table for 33 years and Walmart for 10 years.  Terri was a beautiful soul, with an amazing heart, who was a friend to everyone. She was an amazing mom who cherished her children and grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed by her husband: Dave; children: Michelle (Dan) Pirk; Elizabeth Lauer both of Waupaca; Kenny (Ione) Lauer of Minneapolis, MN; A1C David Lauer of Scott Air Force Base; grandsons: Thomas and Dennis Herreid; mother: Joyce Galbreath of Waupaca; sister: Valerie Colson of Waupaca; brothers: Todd (special friend, Angel) Pittman and Tracy Pitman, both of Waupaca; in-laws: Marcia Lynch, Dennis (Nancy) Lauer, Richard Lauer, Kathleen Siebers, Karen (Dan) Hurst, Lynn (Frank) DeLuney, Marybeth (Leon) Lipp II, Robert (Joannie) Lauer, Sara (Greg) Beatty, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth, brother, Scott Colson, niece, Brianna Klettke, father and mother-in-law, Arthur and Betty Lauer, infant son, Arthur Kenneth Lauer.

The Funeral Mass will be on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, N2845 Shadow Road.  The visitation will be on Monday at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of Mass.
