Robert F. Adams

            Robert F. Adams, age 84, of the town of St. Lawrence, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at ThedaCare Medical Center – Waupaca.  He was born in Lemont, IL on July 31, 1933 to Tony and Mary (Helwig) Adams.  Robert was an active member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing and working in the garden.  He worked as an electrician for the railroad 33 years.

            He will be dearly missed by children: children: George (Marilyn) Aberman and Diane Graves; grandchildren: Dionne (Richard) Denton, Christopher Rachel, Cassandra (Robert) Morris, Anthony Aberman, Dar Aberman, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, his beloved cat, Slick; and other relatives and friends. 

            Robert was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Marcella.

            The funeral Mass will be on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, with Father Amalraj Roche officiating.  The visitation will be on Thursday at church from 11 a.m. until the time of Mass.  Full military honors will follow the service. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements. The family politely requests no flowers for the service.
