Of the Wisconsin Veterans Home, age 82, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018. He was born in Alabama on January 2, 1936 to the late Matthew and Stella Norfleet. Graveside services with full military honors will take place on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Illinois.
