Dottie E. (Stout) Luce

            Dottie E. Luce, age 59, of Wild Rose, lost her battle to cancer on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Marshfield Medical Center.  She was born in Ladysmith, WI on June 27, 1958, the daughter of Robert and Lillian (Warner) Stout.  Dottie enjoyed taking lots of pictures, playing games on the computer, sewing, playing cribbage with Troy in the morning and, in her younger years, she liked to go fishing.  Her favorite things in life were eating at the Milty Wilty, going to rummage sales and thrift shopping, and the color pink.

            She will be dearly missed by her husband, Troy; children: Jason (Susan) Guist of Red Granite, Nathan Guist (significant other, Amanda) of Appleton and Travis Thompson (significant other, Ashley) of Dallas; mother, Lillian Reimert of Barron; grandchildren: Schuyler, Brittany and Dakota Guist, Remington and Brooklynn Thompson; brothers and sisters: Robert (Donna) Stout of Ladysmith, Thomas Stout of Ladysmith, Rick (Pam) Warner of Ingram, Randy (Missy) Warner of Exeland, Don (Angie) Warner of Bruce, Bonnie (Melvin) Bryant of AZ, Roxanne Pogue (significant other, Gerard) of Almena and Tina (Pat) Marucha of Radisson; and a special aunt, Lila Place of Exeland. 

            Dottie was preceded in death by her father, Robert; brothers: Jim, Jack and Ken Stout; and sisters, Barbara Lawrence and Vicki Jackson.

            The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca.  Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.  Burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery, Wild Rose, following the service.
