Linda Ann (Knickerbocker) Edge, age 68 of Scandinavia, WI, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2024.  She was born on March 10, 1956 in Salinas, CA, daughter of the late Joseph and Elna (Wohlrabe) Knickerbocker.  Linda fought a short but extremely hard battle to cancer.

She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Mike Edge; her children: Dan Powell (Megan) of West Bend, Anthony Ybarra of Ashwaubenon and Vincent Powell (Jenny) of Mayville; her sisters: Norma Jones of West Bend and Celeste Knickerbocker of Manawa; brothers: Roger Knickerbocker of Silt, CO, Robert Knickerbocker of Manawa, William Knickerbocker of Oklahoma City and Joseph Knickerbocker Jr. of New London.  She is further survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great-grand nieces, great-grand nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her great niece, Lilly Ann Jones; her father, Joseph Knickerbocker Sr.; eldest sister, Judith Knickerbocker; mother, Elna (Wohlrabe) Knickerbocker and many other relatives.

Linda worked mostly factory jobs and enjoyed the fast pace of it. She loved gardening and canning what she grew. She loved to crochet and bake. She made the best Strawberry Cake that we all loved. She loved to watch the birds at the feeders. She loved her family more than anything else. She had a heart of gold and would help when she could. She had the best smile that warmed everyone’s heart. She also loved the Green Bay Packers.

Linda’s children - Dan and Anthony and her sister Norma, would like to thank the nursing staff at ThedaCare Medical Center - Waupaca for taking such good care of her and helping her boys through the most difficult time of their lives.

As requested by Linda, there will not be a service or funeral.
