Scott M. Smith

Of Waupaca, age 48, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.  He was born on March 26, 1969.  Scott was a disabled Army Veteran, serving during Desert Storm. He enjoyed fishing, camping, riding motorcycles and dirt bikes and the Chain O’Lakes.  Scott was full of life, he especially loved and enjoyed being with his family

He was a proud father to and survived by daughters:  April, Summer and Dena Smith; granddaughters: Brooklyn and Kaitlyn; parents: Larry and Annetta Smith; sister: Lori Potter; fiancé: Carina Hanson; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Full Military Honors will be on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 1 p.m. with the Memorial Service immediately following at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca.  Friends and family may gather from 12 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
