Kenneth "Ken" Steinberg

Of Waupaca, age 76, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at home.  He was born in Hortonville on March 16, 1939 to the late Leonard and Meta (Maldewin) Steinberg.  On October 2, 1967 he married Dawn Hamacher.  Ken was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waupaca.  He loved bowling, playing cards and games with his sons and grandchildren.  He also enjoyed watching football, especially the Packers. 

He will be sadly missed by his wife: Dawn; sons: Willard of Minnesota and Paul (Rebecca) of Milwaukee; grandchildren: Luke, Jonathan, Mackenson, Mackencia, Joshua and Andrew; brothers & sister: Alvin (Ethel);  Dorla Marks both of New London; Laverne (Barbara) and Dennis (Carol) both of Hortonville; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sisters, Loretta, Dorothy and Joyce.

The Funeral Service will be on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 11 a.m.  at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1120 Evans Street, Waupaca.   The visitation will be on Thursday from 10 a.m.  until the time of the service at the church.  Burial will be in the Badger Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the American Cancer Society or Hope Lodge in Marshfield.
