Aunt Ethel was my father Clair Moore's sister. She was always a big figure in our lives. One of my favorite memories of her was when I was about nine years old. My sisters Sandi & Bonnie and I were Christmas shopping for a gift for my mother. We met Aunt Ethel downtown. She asked us how much money we had. It was only about a dollar. She gave us four dollars more so we could buy something nice for her. We thought she was the most generous person.
I am so sorry that I missed her funeral but did learn about it until Saturday evening.
