Clarence "Sonny" Joseph Wallin

Clarence “Sonny” Joseph Wallin, age 82, passed away peacefully at home with family at his side, on Monday, February 12, 2018.  He was one of 12 children born to Louis and Ida (Derusha) Wallin in Escanaba, MI on July 22, 1935.

Sonny will be dearly missed by his wife, Madeline; children: Steve (Julie) Wallin, Lou (Barb) Wallin and Gretchen Wallin Clutter.  He was also Papa to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Sonny is further survived by a sister, Donna Lee Beauchamp; and two brothers, Donald “Punchy” (Barb) Wallin and Dave (“Gub”) Wallin.

A memorial Mass will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home with Fr. Amalraj Roche officiating.  Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.  Full military honors will follow.  Burial of cremains will take place at a later date at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI.
